How do I start a warranty claim?
Contact us on WhatsApp with your order number and a description of the issue. Our team will respond within 1 hour to diagnose and provide a solution. Have your product serial number ready (found on the bottom of the unit).
Do I need to return the faulty unit?
In most cases, no. We will diagnose the issue and send replacement parts or provide repair instructions. For complete unit replacements, we may request return for quality analysis at our expense.
What is the response time for technical support?
WhatsApp: within 1 hour (business hours GMT+8). Email: within 4 hours. For urgent issues, WhatsApp is the fastest channel.
Do you provide on-site support?
For large distributor partners, we offer remote technical support and training. On-site support can be arranged for container-level orders. Contact us for details.
